School Development Plan

The school has established a comprehensive self-evaluation mechanism to plan the school development plan and areas of focus for each academic year. Different strategies are formulated according to the plan to implement these initiatives. At the end of the academic year, the school will review and assess the effectiveness of the work plan and explore areas for improvement to ensure continuous progress.

Areas of Focus for the 2023-2024 Academic Year:

1)Enhancing Teachers’ Ability to Use and Design Mathematical Teaching Aids to Improve Young Children’s Learning Ability and Interest in Mathematics
● Organize teacher training to familiarize educators with the use and creation of mathematical teaching aids for young children.
● Arrange for mentors and peers to conduct lesson observations and evaluations, collaboratively reflecting on the strengths and areas for improvement in the creation and use of teaching aids. Through these improvement actions, teachers will enhance their ability to use and design mathematical teaching aids.

2)Optimizing the English Curriculum by Integrating Drama Education Methods or Games into English Classes
● A minimum of six drama education methods or games should be utilized throughout the year in English classes.
● Each theme should include one session, designed collaboratively by the class teacher and the specialized English teacher, integrating drama education methods or games into the teaching plan for English classes and conducting joint lessons.
